What is the refund policy on the Marketplace?
The refund policy varies with each partner. As a generale rule, an exchange is always available in the Marketpalce, while refunds may vary with each vendor. In the event of a total dissatisfaction of a product or service, the vendor is encouraged to provide a full refund, and we will load back the balance in your** Marketplace wallet** - where it can be used for your next purchase.
